RETURNS POLICY
We want you to become a valued customer, so will do almost anything to ensure that you can buy with confidence.
We have a full money back guarantee on any item you purchase. Should you not be satisfied with the fit, feel or style
of any garment you purchase from us, we will refund or exchange the full value of the garments.
We exchange and refund even if you simply change your mind.
The cost of return postage back to KINGSIZE is the responsibility of the customer*. Of course we would expect the
garments have not been worn or damaged in any way. Where Kingsize has made an error on your order or the goods
are damaged in transit (don’t worry this does not happen very often) we will also pick up the return freight charges.

We will bend over backwards to make sure you finally are happy with your order. talk to us

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
All correctly returned products will either be refunded to the purchaser's credit card or exchanged and will exclude
shipping costs.
If we have made the error then we will pay the postage cost back to you. We cannot be held responsible for the
incorrect selection of style or size by the customer.

If we have incorrectly filled out your order we will be entirely responsible for the return postage.
If your order has been sent to a destination outside Australia, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
(Unless we have made the error) However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau
directly. Please be aware that it can take up to 10-14 days for the refund to appear in your account, (processing time)
this also depends on the card you have used and the bank you deal with.

How long can I leave it to return an item that does not fit?
Please return all garments to Kingsize within 4 weeks of purchase, in the original condition with all tags applied.
