TRACKING ORDERS

Orders are despatched from WA, Australia and are not trackable to New Zealand through the service Auspost offers.
 

If you are not home when the parcel arrives and if you did not leave an "ATL” (Authority to Leave) note when you placed your order, then the parcel will be returned to the depot and a delay will occur.

If you are confident that your doorstep is a reasonably safe place to leave goods, we recommend you tick the ATL box when making your order. Please be advised that goods left on your doorstep are your responsibility.
